Say Hello to Dr. Maddie Li

Dr. Li’s impressive career in orthodontics began at Rice University, where she graduated cum laude. She was also a highly decorated student who made the Dean’s List all four years of dental school and received the Jerome H. Sklaroff Award during her residency. What really makes her great, however, is her passion for helping others. She loves using everything she has learned over the years to give her patients a smile that’s as healthy as it is beautiful.

Where She Studied Dentistry & Orthodontics

After graduating from Rice University, D. Li attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine for her DMD, and she stayed there to obtain her specialty certificate in orthodontics as well.

During her time in school, Dr. Li received the Jerome H. Sklaroff Award during her residency and the AADR/SCADA Research Award. Further accolades include recognition for her outstanding achievements in orthodontic research, clinical research, and community work.

What She Likes to Do Outside of the Orthodontic Office

A Vancouver native, Dr. Li is fluent in both English and Chinese. She regularly spends her free time playing board games with her husband, skiing, enjoying a game of tennis, and going on long walks with her Golden Retriever.
