Sam Alkhoury, D.M.D.
Dr. Alkhoury has been practicing orthodontics since 1994. He obtained his Doctoral of Dental Medicine Degree from Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He graduated with honors with a prestigious “Orthodontic Award” from The American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Alkhoury completed his residency in Advanced Education in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics at New York University. Because of Dr. Alkhoury’s extensive orthodontic experience, he was awarded the Program Director Award and served as Chief Resident and a clinical faculty.
He became Diplomate of The American Board of Orthodontics (Board Certified) in March 2007. In 2008, Dr. Alkhoury was appointed a faculty member in the Department of General Dentistry at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester. He lectures on a regular basis to various local dental study clubs.
Dr. Alkhoury is a member of The American Dental Association, The Worcester District Dental Society, The MetroWest District Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, The Massachusetts Association of Orthodontists and The Massachusetts Dental Society.
A commitment to continuing education has led Dr. Alkhoury to attend dozens of courses covering a myriad of topics like The Dawson Occlusion Seminars series, The Damon System® seminars, Temporary Anchorage Devices (TAD’s), Invisalign® and iBraces® (Lingual Braces). The self ligation brackets (like the Damon System®) are what is considered today the cutting edge in orthodontic treatment and technology.
Dr. Alkhoury has been serving the orthodontic communities of Holliston & Worcester since 2005. He is a member of the Holliston Lions.
Dr. Alkhoury loves spending time with his wife Tracy, his daughter, Talia and son, Zhain. His hobbies include traveling, listening to music and cooking. Whenever he has some spare time, Dr. Alkhoury loves watching a Red Sox game.

We also attend regular continuing education seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. Dr. Alkhoury is a Premier Certified Invisalign® Provider and also a Damon® braces specialist.
Most importantly, we strive to make patients feel comfortable and confident that our team will do their absolute best to make the patients Orthodontic treatment as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. It is our goal to put the patients needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment so that the patient achieves and maintains the healthy, beautiful smile they deserve.
